New Local Local. Meet Stephanie Mills who’s built a little empire on little dogs.

In February I got an email from a lady named Janine. Every morning she feeds roughly 40 stray and abandoned cats in the inner city. She asked if I could make a short video telling her story so she could enter it into a contest. Get to know Janine in 60 seconds as Local Local follows her on her morning cat route.
